Why Riverstone

Digestive health shouldn’t be difficult to talk about.

Riverstone grew from my belief that digestive and bowel health deserves to be talked about more openly. So many people live with bloating, constipation, changes in their bowel habits or digestive discomfort, yet often feel embarrassed discussing something that is actually a completely normal part of our health. I wanted to create somewhere different.

A private, welcoming space where people could talk openly about their digestive health without feeling embarrassed, rushed or judged.

My nursing background has shaped the way I work. I don’t believe in treating everyone the same or simply focusing on one symptom.

I like to understand the person sitting in front of me, their health, lifestyle, concerns and what has brought them to the clinic.

Before treatment, there is time to talk. I’ll explain what to expect, answer your questions and make sure you feel comfortable before we begin.

If you feel nervous or embarrassed about having colonic hydrotherapy, please don’t worry. I understand how personal this treatment can feel, particularly the first time.
